WELDING
Welding is the fabrication process that joins parts and components, usually metals, by causing fusion. As a metal subcontracting service provider, VETA has invested in different types of welding hardware and methods, depending on the nature of the requested outcome. VETA’s welding team is specialized in different welding processes and materials to ensure optimal fabrication performance. Our welding infrastructure includes 12 manual welding stations and 4 state-of-the-art robotic welding stations.

4 ROBOTIC WELDING STATIONS
Robot welding, a relatively new application of robotics, is the use of mechanized programmable tools (robots), which completely automate a welding process by both performing the weld and handling the part thus enabling the optimization of welds. Robotic welding processes are for projects that require mid- high volumes, accuracy as well as repeatability. VETA has extensively invested in the Cold Metal Transfer technology of welding .This fabrication process is as effective as conventional welding but it far less, thermally stresses the material.
